TERMS OF SERVICE AS STATED BELOW
HALF of payment must be given as a deposit BEFORE we begin our Gpose session (this is nonrefundable unless deemed to be necessary)
I expect full clear communication via discord.
Poses may be fully custom or presented with adjustments.
Prices may vary depending on the amount of subjects or theme of the gpose, please discuss with me beforehand.
I have the right to refuse a commission request. If a deposit is already given, this will be refunded.
I have the right to repost and distribute.
You must provide proper accreditation when asked.
Limited to 1 revision per commission.

Prices may vary depending on rarity of materials and supplies. This will be discussed during the design process.
The whole process will take 1 week - 1 month estimated. However may take longer.
For VOIDS I will need extra time to adjust everything manually in game.
Adjustment phase will require me as tenant for a maximum of 2 weeks after furnishing has been placed.

Build Process
1. Discussion and Vision✢ Discuss project details and vision on Discord.
✢ Design creation in Makeplace software (1 week).
✢ Regular communication on design aspects.
2. Preliminary Design✢ Present preliminary design for feedback.
✢ Incorporate suitable changes.
✢ Finalise and approve design
3. Crafting (if purchased)✢ If crafting service is bought, start crafting materials.
✢ Full payment is required at this stage.
✢ Crafting completed in a maximum of 1 week.
✢ Content locked mats will need to be supplied if not accessible
4. Furnishing✢ Add me as a "tenant" for furniture placement.
5. Adjustment Phase✢ Manually adjust in-game elements.
✢ The initial adjustment phase lasts 2 weeks.
✢ Regular visits for adjustments and checks (clipping, etc..)
✢ Take pictures for final housing portfolio photo.
